Located in a business park in the vicinity of the centre of Amsterdam, this mixed-use building offers a dynamic environment. To accommodate the needs of the creative industry, the building offers more than average floor space and heights. The floors are either orientated onto the street, or onto the waterfront. In the middle, a rectangular patio is situated, with stairwells, elevators and service areas on both sides. Visitors enter the building through a broad stairway, leading towards the patio at the heart of the building. Here they find the reception, with joint meeting facilities, as well as a restaurant overlooking the water through a panoramic window.

Located on each floor informal meeting-areas  are to be found, visually connected to the patio. Underneath the building is a car park, with space for loading and unloading. The building is clad with a repetitive, prefab concrete panel, with a glass infill on the street and waterfront and closed at the side elevations. By using the same panel throughout the building, a robust sculptural building is created with a filigree play of lines and light.
